THE SYSTEM MODULES AND FUNCTIONALITY:

TimeTraX is a modular System with different components. Each module can work independently of each other. These components/modules are pieced into one major system with highly secure and segregated operations. The modules available BUT not limited to include:

Time Approval Functionality:

The time approval module offers a simple (and optional) timesheet approval process. When this module is enabled the users can mark a day as finished. An administrator (or selected time approver) can review the time registrations online and approve the registered time. When a day is approved the selected user cannot register or change time entries for that day.

Add-on modules & Customizations:

There are several add-on modules available that can extend the system to include for example Biometric and Expense tracking. The integration to accounting systems can also be created at an extra cost.
